Handyman Rates are currently: $100 for the first hour
$50 for each additional hour
Examples of Handyman Jobs are:
Furniture assembly
TV Mounting
Light fixture installation
Shelf installation/mounting
Small to medium dry wall repair etc...
A consultation is not required for most handyman jobs
Rates and quotes for larger and more complex jobs are configured at or directly after initial consultation, which is required for every project larger than simple handyman work.

Framing
Door replacements
Paint jobs
Gazebo installations
Deck repairs
Finish Carpentry, and more
A Consultation IS required for all jobs outside of simple handyman work.

Because we strive to complete your project fast and accurately as possible, we require an initial consultation for each project that does not qualify as simple handyman work. The $40 consultation fee can be waived by booking us to complete your project. A 10% deposit of quoted price is due at time of booking.
